Working on switching over to the new 4.2 plugin

needs updating to new godot_openxr_vendors plugin

I just added vendor plugin 2.0.1 but as we know that has a fault in it. Will be updating to 2.0.2 as soon as its out.

Now has vendors 2.0.2 and I've updated the readme

It looks good and works fine exported to Quest.
